PAICAR Heavy Cut Compound

High-Performance Paint Correction with Outstanding Cutting Power and Exceptional Gloss

PAICAR Heavy Cut Compound is a professional-grade polishing compound developed in Italy to remove moderate to heavy paint defects while producing an outstanding level of gloss and clarity. Designed for professional detailers, body shops and serious enthusiasts, it combines impressive cutting performance with an exceptionally refined finish, reducing the need for additional polishing stages.

Whether correcting swirl marks, oxidation, wash marring, sanding marks or moderate scratches, PAICAR Heavy Cut delivers fast, consistent defect removal with low dusting, long working time and easy wipe-off.

On many modern paint systems, PAICAR Heavy Cut is capable of delivering a near-finish quality surface, making it an excellent choice for one-step paint correction where speed and outstanding results are equally important.

The Perfect Balance of Cut and Finish

PAICAR Heavy Cut has been engineered to bridge the gap between aggressive defect removal and high-gloss finishing.

Unlike many conventional heavy-cut compounds that leave significant haze, PAICAR Heavy Cut utilizes advanced diminishing abrasive technology that cuts aggressively during the initial polishing cycle before refining itself to produce remarkable paint clarity.

The result is:

  • Fast paint correction
  • Reduced polishing time
  • Excellent gloss
  • Minimal haze
  • Consistent performance
  • Increased workshop productivity

This balanced performance makes it one of the most versatile compounds in the PAICAR polishing system.

Removes Common Paint Defects Quickly

PAICAR Heavy Cut effectively removes:

  • Moderate to heavy swirl marks
  • Wash-induced scratches
  • Light to moderate sanding marks (typically P1500–P2000)
  • Oxidation
  • Water spot etching
  • Bird dropping stains
  • Paint transfer
  • Buffer trails
  • Holograms
  • Surface scratches
  • Faded paint
  • General paint imperfections

Its advanced abrasive technology restores gloss while safely correcting paint defects.

Exceptional Gloss with Reduced Polishing Stages

Many heavy-cut compounds require multiple refining steps before the paint achieves a deep gloss.

PAICAR Heavy Cut significantly reduces that workload by leaving a much clearer finish than expected from a compound in its class.

Benefits include:

  • Higher gloss immediately after correction
  • Reduced haze
  • Less time spent refining
  • Improved paint clarity
  • Faster overall detailing process

This translates into increased efficiency and lower labour costs for professional detailers.

Advanced Low-Dust Formula

A cleaner working environment means greater efficiency.

PAICAR Heavy Cut has been formulated with premium lubricants that keep abrasives working efficiently while minimizing dust generation.

Advantages include:

  • Cleaner paint surfaces
  • Less workshop clean-up
  • Reduced pad contamination
  • Easier residue removal
  • Improved polishing visibility
  • Longer working cycle

PAICAR Heavy Cut performs exceptionally on:

  • Medium-hard European paint
  • Hard German clear coats
  • OEM finishes
  • Refinished paintwork
  • Ceramic clear coats
