With potential hardness reaching approximately 2.8H, CORETIUM Base creates a dense, durable barrier between the clear coat and the environment.
This added hardness makes the CORETIUM-X system especially attractive for soft automotive paint systems that are more susceptible to wash-induced marring and fine surface defects.

LAYER 2 – CORETIUM SERUM

CORETIUM Serum completes the system with a sophisticated high-gloss hydrophobic coating layer designed to dramatically enhance the appearance and self-cleaning characteristics of the protected surface.
Its advanced Lotus Effect produces an extreme water contact angle of approximately 110°–115°, combined with a low sliding angle of approximately 15°.
The result?
Water forms tight beads and rapidly moves away from the surface, helping rainwater, road contamination and mud release more easily.
CORETIUM Serum forms a dense nanostructured protective layer exceeding 3 microns in thickness, adding another defensive barrier while delivering the slick, deep-gloss finish expected from a premium professional coating.
